Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

In accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that MINDRAY MEDICAL AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and be removed from the Overseas Register at the expiration of three months from the date of the publication of this notice.
