Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

The New Zealand branch of BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE LIMITED, registered at Level 4, Crombie Lockwood Centre, 100 Beaumont Street, Westhaven, Auckland 1010, is ceasing to carry on business in New Zealand and has cancelled its insurance license with the New Zealand Reserve Bank.

It is the intention of BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE LIMITED and its board of directors to execute the deregistration of its New Zealand branch with the Companies Office three months from the date of this notice.

Any and all public objections as to the deregistration of the BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE LIMITED (New Zealand branch) should be lodged in writing with the Companies Office at Private Bag 92061, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, within three months after the date of publication of this notice.
