Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the branch of EDUCATION SERVICES AUSTRALIA LIMITED will be removed from the New Zealand Companies Office Register.

Note: This notice relates to the New Zealand branch of EDUCATION SERVICES AUSTRALIA LIMITED, which was registered on 23 December 2015 but which has never carried on business in New Zealand (as defined by the Companies Act 1993).
