Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company gives notice that, on the date which is three months after the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

It is proposed that, prior to the company ceasing to carry on business in New Zealand, the name of the company will change to “CARTER HOLT HARVEY INTERNATIONAL CHILE SPA”.
