Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that COREMED PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, having a registered place of business in New Zealand at Napier, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand as of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
