Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY SPECIALTY SERVICES LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company will continue to provide services in New Zealand.
