VALVECO INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered in New Zealand with effect from 18 March 2009 as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), hereby gives notice in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Act of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on a date no earlier than 22 August 2016.
