Notice is hereby given that SOUTHERN ROCK INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, registered in New Zealand as an overseas company, hereby gives notice that it has to ceased carrying on business in New Zealand and that it will apply for removal from the Overseas Companies Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
