Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), of the intention to remove BROCADE COMMUNICATIONS SWITZERLAND SARL LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register, under section 341 of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by 12 August 2016 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
