Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that GXS (ANZ) PTY LIMITED intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will be applying to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
