Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

VELSEIS PTY. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of the Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on 30 June 2016 or soon after that date.
