Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that QUE-CONNECT PTY. LTD., a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business in New Zealand at 2/110 White Swan Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland, intends to close its Auckland branch office.
