Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pan, Sheng and Cao, Ji Yan (“bankrupts”), of Unit 74, 32 Edwin Street, Mount Eden, Auckland, were adjudicated bankrupt at the High Court at Auckland on 16 July 2015.

If you are owed any money by the bankrupts, you will need to lodge a claim by going to the website

Notice is hereby given that the Official Assignee fixes 15 July 2016 as the last day for creditors of the bankrupts to make their claim.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
