Willcox, Roy David, of Unit 70, 32 Edwin Street, Mount Eden, Auckland, was adjudicated bankrupt at the High Court at Auckland on 22 October 2015.

If you are owed any money by the bankrupt, you will need to lodge a claim by going to the website

Notice is hereby given that the Official Assignee fixes 13 July 2016 as the last day for creditors of the bankrupt to make their claims.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
