This document notifies you that:

1. On 27 October 2016, an application for putting THE HIDDEN VALLEY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2016-441-129. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 2 February 2017 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
