This document notifies you that:

1. On 16 August 2016, an application for putting REEF GROUP LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-1964. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 30 September 2016 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are David John Bridgman and Colin Thomas McCloy as receivers of Reef Group Limited (in receivership), whose address for service is at the offices of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Level 20, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Sean Gollin, whose address is as noted above.
