This document notifies you that:

1. On 22 June 2016, an application for putting NORTHLAND CONNECT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2016-488-77. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on Monday 15 August 2016 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
