1. On 5 July 2016, an application for putting HIRTZEL HOMES 2006 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2016-463-81. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday 12 September 2016 at 10.45am.
