This document notifies you that:

1. On 26 November 2015, an application for putting RAMUS HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2015-463-160. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 3 February 2016 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
