This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 May 2016, an application for putting SUIT SOURCE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-922. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 17 June 2016 at 10.45am.
