1. On 15 April 2016, an application for putting REDLINE N.Z. LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2016-409-265. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 2 June 2016 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
