This document notifies you that:

1. On 19 April 2016, an application for putting STANAWAY REAL ESTATE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-798. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 10 June 2016 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are James Messenger and June Messenger, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Jordan, Solicitors, Level 15, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiffs’ solicitor is Michael Morrison, whose address is as noted above.
