1. On 31 March 2016, an application for putting TURBOCHARGERS NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. Its reference number is CIV-2016-442-16. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on Thursday 9 June 2016 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
