This document notifies you that:

1. On 19 October 2015, an application for putting HEYWARD HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2015-412-115. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 5 May 2016 at 12.30pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Cargill Contracting Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Alistair Paterson, Lawyer, Level 5, Westpac Building, 106 George Street, Dunedin. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Alistair Dunlop Paterson, whose address is as noted above.
