This document notifies you that:

1. On 2 February 2016, an application for putting SMITH AND COOMBES LIMITED (trading as Corporate Angels) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2016-470-14. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 9 May 2016 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
