This document notifies you that:

1. On 29 January 2016, an application for putting ARDERN HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-120. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 19 April 2016 at 10.00am.
