Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012, the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on 24 November 2016 granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to Portfolio Superannuation Fund in respect of its Personal Plans funds.
