On 31 October 2016, pursuant to section 94F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft TSO cost calculation determination for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired and speech impaired, for the period between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2016.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 14 November 2016 at 5.00pm.
