Notice of Commerce Commission’s Amendment to the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path
The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice that it has amended the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 33 (“DPP Determination”).
The amendment is set out in the Electricity Distribution Services Default Price-Quality Path Amendment Determination 2016 [2016] NZCC 19 (“DPP Amendment Determination”).

The amendment comes into effect on 1 April 2019.
