Notification of Proposed Maritime Rules
In accordance with section 448 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice of the making of the following maritime rules:
Maritime Rules Parts 31, 32 and 34 SeaCert Amendment 2016
All listed rules come into force on 30 September 2016.
Rules are available for inspection free of charge, or for purchase at a cost, from Maritime New Zealand, Level 11, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or on the Maritime New Zealand website
