Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 12 January 2016 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the Financial Markets Conduct Act (NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules) Approval of Market Rules Notice 2016.
