Notice of Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2017
Pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Electricity Industry (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2010 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Authority (“Authority”) gives the following notice.
1. Title—This notice is the Notice of Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2017.
2. Levy Rates—(1) The Authority has calculated the annual levy rates for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Regulations, as follows:
