Pursuant to section 452 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand (“Authority”) gives notice that the Various SOLAS-related Amendments 2016, signed on 12 May 2016 and coming into force on 1 July 2016, incorporates the following material by reference:
