Pursuant to section 162(5) of the Education Act 1989, and following a recommendation from the Council of the Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, I hereby change the name of that institution to Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.

This notice shall come into force on 7 October 2016.
