Notice of Receivers and Managers Ceasing to Act

We, Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, the receivership of this partnership ended on 16 February 2016 and we ceased to act as receivers and managers on that date.

All future correspondence should be directed to the official assignee in the bankrupt estates of the partners.
