Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 5 February 2016 under the terms of a general security agreement (“GSA”) dated 29 July 2014, giving the holder a secured charge over the assets of the company with all the powers conferred by the GSA and at law.
