Notice is hereby given that, on 8 December 2016, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of Palmerston North, has retired and been discharged as receiver of the above-named company.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a general security agreement dated 22 December 2005 given by EXTREME GEAR N.Z. LIMITED, Mark Allen McGillivray has appointed Brent Thomas Dickins, accredited insolvency practitioner of Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of the company.

This appointment commenced on 8 December 2016.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets, wherever situated, both present and future.
