Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 5 December 2016, Kevin John Whitley of Auckland, was appointed receiver of the property of RIBBLE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 19 March 2013, given by the company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets charged by and consisting of all collateral defined in the general security agreement.
