Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Andrew John Hawkes, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 4 February 2016 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of the above-named company pursuant to the powers contained in a general security deed in favour of the ASB dated 19 February 2014.
