Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Sections 11(4)(a) and (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that on 7 December 2016 Stephen John Tubbs vacated office by resigning as joint receiver and manager of the above-named companies.

Take further notice that Colin Anthony Latham Gower remains as sole receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named companies.
