Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

On 21 November 2016, Stephen Rex Tietjens was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 10 September 2015.

He has been appointed receiver and manager over the assets and undertaking of the company of all of its present and after-acquired property, and all of its future rights in relation to any personal property.

The Receiver’s and Manager’s Office Address is: C/o Level 5, 57 Fort Street, Auckland 1010.
