Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 18 October 2016 he was appointed receiver and manager of all of the present and after-acquired personal property of the company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 18 July 2014.

The Property in Receivership is: All the debtor’s present and after-acquired property, being all of the debtor’s personal property and all other property.
