Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 18 October 2016, the holder of a general security agreement dated 31 May 2016 appointed Timothy Wilson Downes and Malcolm Russell Moore, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and assets of the company.
