Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 17 October 2016 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of CANTERBURY LEATHER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 8 April 2009 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
