Notice of Appointment of Receiver and
Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Downsview Nominees Limited hereby gives notice that, on 12 November 2015, it appointed Trevor Vicemar Rogers, company director of Auckland, as receiver of the property and undertakings of SETTLERS BREWING CO. LIMITED under the powers contained in the debenture dated 11 July 1990, a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland.

John George Russell, receiver and manager of SETTLERS BREWING CO. LIMITED, who was appointed on 23 October 1992, resigned as receiver and manager concurrently.
