Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers

Notice is hereby given that Jessica Jane Kellow and Iain Bruce Shephard were appointed jointly and severally as replacement receivers of the above-named companies on 22 September 2016.

This was pursuant to the following general security agreements dated as below:

ASPIRETEL LIMITED 25 March 2013.

ASPIRETEL NZ LIMITED 25 March 2013.

SUPACLAD NZ LIMITED 8 September 2013.

TOTAL PROJECTS LIMITED 29 October 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the above-named companies.
