Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, with reference to BP HARVESTING LIMITED, BP PLANT HIRE LIMITED and Brent Charles Pevreal, hereby gives notice that on 19 September 2016 he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of BP HARVESTING LIMITED, BP PLANT HIRE LIMITED and Brent Charles Pevreal under the powers contained in general security agreements dated 26 February 2016.

The Receiver and Manager Has Been Appointed in Respect of: All present and after-acquired property.
