Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 27 January 2016, we, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed, under powers conferred by general security agreements dated 30 May 2012, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named companies.
