Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

The Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 13 September 2016 at 3.57pm Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all the assets of POOLSTORE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in receivership), such assets comprising all present and after-acquired property.
