Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Christopher Edward Walter, whose office is at 16 Dunstall Place, Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of ARKRALEGH TRUST LIMITED in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired personal and other property on 21 January 2016.
